A warranty is only as good as the company backing it up. Paradise Found offers an extensive one-year warranty along with immediate attention on those issues needing service right away. The purchase of a new home is one of the largest investments you will ever make; therefore you deserve the piece of mind that your investment will be protected even after you have signed on the dotted line.

Once the homeowner faxes or emails a list of warrantable items to our office, their service is scheduled and completed generally within 1-2 weeks. We strive to use the best subcontractors, as well as address issues onsite ourselves, during all phases of construction to minimize those nagging problems that occur later on in the process.

In addition to our standard one-year warranty, we are pleased to offer the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, which is among the nation’s finest warranty programs of its kind.

2-10 Warranty or New Construction Home Warranty
(One Year Workmanship, Two Year Systems and Ten Year Structural Warranty.)

This warranty is provided on newly constructed homes by builder members of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. In order to be a member of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program, your builder must apply for membership, meet our strict underwriting guidelines and agree to abide by the terms of his agreement with us. In return, you get the satisfaction of knowing that your builder’s warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by the warranty insurer. Your builder will enroll your home in the program at the date of closing. You will receive a Certificate of Warranty with your builder’s name on it in the mail.
